Canvas Training

Our school is moving to Canvas.  Here's what I wish I new from the start.

I love Canvas and I am excited that we are using it as our new LMS

Here is what I wish I knew before I got started:

1. Canvas has training resources for faculty and students.  
   We came from D2L so I had made a lot of resources.  With Canvas, it is already there.  
   
2. Everything in Canvas seems to be creative commons, so it can be reused and remixed.
   Canvas Commons is my go to and it gets update by the creator.  So if you are getting  Canvas materials, use the Canvas link in commons so they will be updated.
   
3. Canvas sends detailed guides in Google Docs.
4. Canvas has training in the subscription bridge. It is hard to find (Help - Training), but if your school subscribes to it, it is amazing!
